I have Office on my computer. It was put on by Microsoft support. I have
the Key/license number but do not have a CD. How do I move this to my new
computer when I make that purchase?

You need to contact MS support and get a copy of the media.

What Microsoft Support put that on your computer ? I like to hear that. Aside from
the latter ,you probably have a Trial version of Office installed

You don't really include enough information to say. Afaik, Microsoft
Support does not install Office on computers. If you have a trial suite
that you paid to upgrade to a full license, then you could install the same
trial suite from the Office web site, and then activate it with the key you
have now. This only works for the current version, i.e. Office 2007. If
you have an OEM suite, then you cannot transfer it to another computer, not
legally anyway.

For Office 2007, Word, Office Button, Word Options, Resources, About. For
earlier version, such as Office 2003, Word, Help, About. Which Office suite
or version does it say you have?
