move office from an old laptop to a new laptop

I have an old laptop that is dying. I bought a new laptop and want to move
Office from the old unit to the new one. The version of Office on the old
laptop is one I purchased (didn't come with the computer). Please advise on
how to move the software. I think I can get the product key from the old
computer but can't locate the original software cds.
