Such programs cannot be guaranteed to work for all apps.
Safest way is to copy all the relevant files on C to corresponding
directories on D, then uninstall on C and re-install in the directories on
D.
Note that if you re-install Office, you will also need to re-install certain
other apps, e.g., if you have it, the full Acrobat product.

of Address) from the PC Magazine web site.
It will change all the above from the old location to the new location and
