Move Office Professional from one PC to another?

I have a desktop machine which has Office XP Professional
on it. I also have a laptop which has Office XP Small
Business Edition. I use the laptop 99% of the time and
need PowerPoint so I want to exchange the Office
installations. What is the easiest way to do this
(without losing my address books)?

Hi Scott,

MS Office XP Small Business Edition is a preinstall/OEM
only edition of MS Office and once activated is tied
to the machine where it was first activated.

MS Office XP Professional boxed retail product allows
the same user to install and activate it on both a
desktop and a laptop. The license agreements are accessible
through the Help menu in your Office apps.
