Move Office Small Business to a new computer

I recently bought a new computer with Vista x64 OS. It came with MS Works
9.0 installed. I subsequently added Office Outlook. I have decided,
however, that I would like to have the Small Business 2007 Upgrade moved to
this computer. How do I move it?

The CD was installed to my old computer. It won't install to the new
computer. Thus, I assume I have to move the license.
