move old outlook info to newer version on new cpu

I bought a new computer and cannot do a direct file transfer, how do I
transfer everything in my "old" Outlook to the newer version on the new
computer? I know it has something to do with IMPORT/EXPORT but I can't make
it happen.

At the very worst, you should be able to remove the hard drive from the old
PC and add it to the new PC to give you access to the old Outlook data
files.
