move or copy a particular e-mail to public folder via instruction

hello everyone.

Our work currently runing Exchnage 2003 Server, all users connect to
Exchnage Server via outlook 2003, we have a public folder call Antispam. in
the antispam folder there are 2 folders called whitelist and Blacklist
folder.

Question : is it possible to creat a button with instruction on the top menu
in outlook 2003 say Blacklist and Whitelist button. when user click on that
blacklist button, it will move the select e-mail to the blacklist folder
under public folder \ antispam folder\ blacklist folde.

How would I go about creat one of these instruction / Macro etc.

Any help will be really appreciated
