Move personal adress book to contacts

Hi

i use outlook of office XP , how can i move my
contactlist on personal address book to contacts folder

i'll appriciate any help

First, are you certain your Contacts are stored in a Personal Address Book?
The reason I ask is that PAB's have not been in general use for over 5
years. They were replaced by the Outlook Address Book.
If, somehow, you've been using a PAB with Outlook instead of the Outlook
Address Book, there are several migration strategies:

Note: the paths will differ slightly since this was written for older
versions of Outlook. I've never seen anyone use a PAB with Outlook 2002.
