Move personal calendar to Exchange

Have a customer with Outook2000 with lots of items in his
calendar. Now we set him up on Exchange. How do we move
the personal calender into Exchange calendar?

With both the Personal Folders and the Mailbox folders showing on his
Folder List, open the personal Calendar, switch it to an unfiltered
table view such as "By Category", select all items (CTRL+A), then drag
them to the Mailbox's Calendar folder.
