Move Picture from Document

Hello
We have pictures in a document that's now so large it can't be e-mailed.
Is their a way to MOVE the pictures to a folder and link to them.

Save the document as a Web Page (by selecting that option from the Save As
pulldown in the File Save dialog) and then the picture(s) will be saved into
a separate folder in the folder where the document is saved with the folder
name being the same as the name of the document.
