Move PWA instance from one SSP to another SSP

Hello!

We have currently one SSP with a lot of PWA instance. Now, we want to
move some of these instance to another server farm and distribute
these PWA instances between 4 SSP's.

How it is possible to move a PWA instance to another farm without
loosing any information, especially layout changes and workspaces.

Moving the PWA instance is not the problem. Therefore I could create a
new instance on the new SSP and farm. But I think I would loose the
layout changes and workspace with that.

What actions are nesecarry to avoid lossing these?

I have successfully used the change associations buttion in the manage shared
services UI, albeit in a test environment. Hopefully this should work, but
it might be worth posting the question on the WSS discussion.
