Move Section Group to Notebook leaves Group if Backup files exist

I have installed ON 2007 over ON 2003. It creates backup files (this is
good). When I try and drag and drop a section group into a new notebook the
section group disappears from ON and all the directory structure under the
section group and the .one files are good. But, the .backup files are left
behind. So when I look back, to where I moved the section group from, it
reappears. It does so, because the .backup files were not moved so the
directory still exists.

1. this causes confusion.
2. when you look at the reappeared section group, it now looks blank except
for the folders. More confusion.
3. someone may do what I almost did, assume the move did not happen and
delete the files in the new notebook so you can copy again, thinking you did
something wrong (effectivly deleting your information). Or that the files
were copied and delete the reappeared/original section group (which would
delete the backup files).

Suggestion: Warn the user that the original section group could not be
removed because non-OneNote files exist in the folder. This will at least
inform the user of what is happening. Or move all the files in the folder,
including non onenote files.

Please give me feedback on if I should report this in connect?

Note that I just discovered that the same behavior occurs when you delete the
section group. It disappears for a second or two and then reappears.

Nice bug! Please log this on the connect site. Generally, OneNote will
not touch any non-OneNote files when you move or delete a section group,
but clearly the .one.backup files are somewhat special and OneNote
should do a better job of accounting for them.

Whenever you install a new version of a program you should make a backup
of your original files first. Just common sense. Once I noticed that ON
07 had renamed all the original ON 03 files in my working directories
(separate from my backup directories) I just deleted ON 07's backups of
my ON 03 files because they were a waste of space. Remember, I had my own
backups where I wanted them. I also deleted all the old ON 03 contents
files so that the only thing in my ON 07 folders is my newly upgraded
files.
