Move sent email to a specific folder in Outlook 2003

Hello I am trying to figure out how to move emails to a specified folder when
I send and email. I am looking for a similar function found in Lotus. That
program gave us the option to send and file to a specific folder
automatically by choosing the folder we wanted to file it in. Basically I
need a way to send the email and have outlook prompt me to save the sent
email to specific folder in a list. This would be random. As an example one
email I am sending needs to go to the clarification folder, the next email
needs to go to customer replies. Does anyone know if such a function exists
or how to get one?

Before clicking Send, click View>Options, check the box labeled "Save sent
messages to", click the Browse button just to that field's right, and browse
to the folder where you'd like to save it.

Basically I need a way to send the email and have outlook
prompt me to save the sent email to specific folder in a list.
