Move sent messages

Is it possible to create a rule to move the sent messages to a specific
folder as we can do with the received ones?

yes. have you actually LOOKED at the Rules and Alerts Menu?

Yes, and the only option for the sent messages that I saw was copy and not
move.

So, you turn off Outlook's default behavior of saving items in Sent Items and instead use that "copy to folder" rule action to manage all your sent messages.

Tools>Options>E-mail Options. Uncheck "Save copies of messages in Sent
Items folder".
