Move Spelling & Grammer Checker to Either Tool bar or Ribbon

Is it possible to move the spelling and grammar checker in Word that is located
in the Tools menu to either the Tool bar or Ribbon so that it is a icon that is
readily available. If this is possible, how is this accomplished? Any help would
be appreciated.

It should be easy through the usual Customize Toolbars and Menus command.

I am new to Word. Please show me how this is done---step by step.

View --> Toolbars --> Customize Toolbars and Menus.

Click on the Commands tab. Spelling and Grammar should be in the
Tools section of the list. Drag their icons into the toolbar of
your choice. Word Help should have step-by-step instructions.

You can also reassign Spelling and Grammar to a different keyboard
shortcut if you don't like the it has now. For that, choose Tools -->
Customize Keyboard.

Hi Again Patty,

I could not find Spelling & Grammar in the Commands tab. But I discovered how to
do this: View>Toolbars>Customize Toolbars and Menus…> Pop-up appears to the left
of the computer screen> Tools> drag off each item to the Toolbar.

Thanks Patty.
