Move Stencil Object Into Visio Drawing by VBA Code

I need to know how to move or copy a stencil object into a Visio Drawing??

Can I do this by copying an open stencil object and then open a Visio
Drawing and pasting it???

Or there is a better technique of doing this???

the macro recorder to get a general idea of how to drag a shape from a
