Move Tabcontrol

Hi,
I have a Tabcontrol (register) on the right side of a form
(right-justified), when users resize form, I want to move this control so,
that it stay always on the right side. but the controls on it are not moved
with it, therefore its width is larger.

Is there anyway to move the tabcontrol so, that the controls on it will be
moved with it?
