Move text while scrolling in Word 2003?

Hi,
In Word 97, it's possible to select a word and move it with the left mouse
button, while scrolling the document using the wheel.

In Word 2003, I can't do the same. Anyone know why?

I know I have done multiple envelopes with the same address on
previous occasions but just can't remember how I did it. This time
I find I can only do one envelope at a time and then re enter the
address for the next one. Does anyone know how I can do multiple
envelopes using the same address please? All I seem to find in the
help files is instructions to do a mail merge with a data base for
printing multiple envelopes each with a separate address which is not
what I want to do at all.

Help would be gratefully received.

Hi Rosemary,

You can create labels with the same address by going to Tools >
Letters and Mailings > Envelopes and Labels > "Labels" page and
Ticking the "Full page of the same label". Is this what you're after?
