Move the Currancy Symbol

I am trying to get currency to display as 75,05 $

When ever I use the Switch for French Canadian

\# "#,##0,00 $;(#,##0,00 $)"

I loose the tenths ?

The Numbers will display as 075 $

What am I doing incorrectly ?
I am Using XP Professional Office Professional.
Any Help would be appreciated!
