Move the Reply to ALL button farther from the Reply button

It is very easy to accidentally reply to everyone on a distribution list so
my suggestion is to move the Reply to All button farther away from the Reply
button on the Outlook Mail screen. It is very disruptive to receive
everyone's comments or "take me off this list" remarks when they hit the
Reply to All button without intending to do it.
