Sarah,
You can define a name for the range (of cells), then open the range name box
(left of the formula bar).
You can right-click any of the four sheet-scroll buttons, which will result
in a list of sheet names, and go to a sheet by sheet name.
You can put buttons (pretty much any graphic object) on the worksheet that
goes to the sheet (and to specific cells) via macros.
