move to different drive

My C drive is almost full, so I need to move MS Office, the
largest moveable file on that drive, to another drive.

What is the best way to do this without "losing" a file (it
has happened!) or messing up the program?

Thanks.

Well if you want to "move" MS Office the way you do it is uninstall it
from "C:" and reinstall it on "D:" otherwise all the registry pointers
get completely out of wack. You SHOULD have a backup so WHEN you "lose"
a file you have a place to retrieve a copy from. Forewarned is fair warned.
