Move to folder does not work the way it should

Help!
I manage my incoming functions invitations via a "vote as a response"
option. It is very simple, clients only need to click yes or no and then I
put them into my "Move to Folder" area on the ribbon. Instead of the message
dropping into the folder I get the client’s contact details opening up on my
screen.
Can you help? All I want is to file way my clients responses, I don’t want
to see their personal details.

To tally responses to a voting message, the responses must remain in the
default in-box and not moved until after they have been tallied. To tally
the voting response, at least one response needs to be opened to start the
tally process.
