"Move to folder" tool button

in Outlook 2003 on XP Pro - Up until recently when in a received email, i was
able to click on this tool button and it would display a list of recently
used folders...very handy to me. Now it appears the list of recent folders
"froze" at some point about 2 weeks ago. I've reinstalled Office 2003,
removed the tool button and now it only displays ALL my folders and NO recent
folders.

How do I restore this function and get it to display recent folders used?
