Move to sent box blues

Where does he store his unsent items? In the Outbox? You can change this
option in Tools-> Options-> tab Preferences-> button E-mail Options...->
Button Advanced E-mail Options...-> Option: Save unsent messages in

Hello,A friend has had his move letter to sent box function disabled so
every time the email client accesses the net to send and receive the system
sends all the emails again without moving them to the sent box. What can I
tell him as to how this can be fixed?
