Move two-tier config

I installed Project Server 2007 in a small farm two-tiered mode. The
back-end database server is on our production SQL server. The web
front-end server and application server is on a test box. I'd like to
move the FE-App portion to a production box. Is there a way to do so
with backup/restore or other methods without having to perform the who
shebang again? TIA
