"Move Up" blank line in mail merge using ACT!

I have created a mail merge template document in Word 2003 using ACT! 6.0.

Some of the fields do not contain information and for some reason the lines don't "move up" in the specific documents where fields are blank. Of course, this leaves an unsightly blank line in the merge document.

Any assistance appreciated and TIA.
