Move user to new PC

Hi, I have a stupid question, well two actually. I have only just started
using exchange and I need to move a user from one pc to another, the user has
an exchange mailbox.
What do I need to do with regards to outlook configuration? (I'm used to
moving users with regular smtp e-mail accounts) by exporting messages and
settings, and then importing them back in to the new pc.
But with exchange involved, I don't know what I need to do to move the user.
Is it as simple as setting up the users mailbox when setting up outlook in
the new pc? just as you would with a new user? i.e. once I configure outlook
(as if it were a new account) will all the messages that were on the old pc
move to the new one when the user logs in?
I am pressuming that it's a simple process.
Another question I have is: can you have two users using the same pc with
different domain user names where outlook configures itself according to each
user? i.e. the e-mail messages for one user will not be shown if the other
user logs in.
Any help would be appreciated.

There's nothing to move because the messages are kept on the Exchange
server, unless the user changed the delivery location to a PST.

If the messages are on the Exchange server, all you need to do is to create
a mail profile on the new client that looks like the mail profile on the old
client. Messages don't move. They stay where they always were: in the
Exchange server.

Yes. Ideally each person should have a separate Windows login. Absent
that, you can have two mail profiles and tell Outlook to ask which profile
to use when starting. Since Exchange should be configured to always request
a username/password when connecting, the two should not be able to see each
other's mail. Only one person can use Outlook at any one time.

Hi Brian,
Thank you very much for that info, much appreciated. I'll give that a try.
