I'm having a problem with moved messages in Entourage.
Here is an example of how this problem crops up:
I have a rule that moves messages that are received from a specific e-mail
address into an IMAP folder.
Every now and then (its rare, but it happens), the message being moved does
not appear in the target folder in Entourage. I know the message arrives
because the folder appears in bold indicating an unread message, but the
message is not in the list of messages.
"Refresh Mail List" does not fix the problem.
If I check my e-mail account using a Webmail application (SquirrellMail),
the message is displayed in the folder. I can move the message in Webmail to
another folder then it will appear in Entourage (i.e., this problem doesn't
happen all that often, so moving the message a second time fixes the
problem).
Any ideas about how to avoid this problem?
Mail Client: Entourage version 11.3.3 (061214)
Mail Server: OS X Server (10.4.9)
