What are some options for quicker acces? Is embedding quicker? I tried that
but it did not workd at all.

Embedding won't make it quicker - you might contact your hosting company re:
streaming to see if they support that or consider converting it to a Flash
file.

I am not familiar with mov files at all. Frontpage does not help you edit a
MOV file since FP is a text editor. You might check out
http://www.mediacollege.com/forum/ for some multi-media help.

I would love to go to flash file but do not have $400.00 for the program
right now. It is however at the top of my list to Santa

You don't need to spend $400 to convert a movie to Flash (which will stream the video)
See http://www.blue-pacific.com/products/turbinevideo/default.htm
