I was just wondering if anyone can help with my problem. When making a powerpoint presentation at work, we tend to use several movies. Usually the first time that the presentation is ran through, it runs smoothly but if it is ran more than once then the movies usually become jumpy and a white flash appears before each one. To fix this the whole program has to be shutdown and restarted. Is there an update that can fix this problem or something that I can do to fix it?
Thanks
