Movie Running Slowly with Hyperlink from another slide

I hae an icon in one slide that I set a hyperlink up to link to another slide
where I have a movie (AVI file) set to run automatically.

When I click the icon, it does link to the slide, but the movie runs
extremely slow. Any ideas?
