Movies and powerpoint 2004

Latest service pack still hasn't fixed this issue... Gave a presentation
last night with a 1 minute MPEG-2 file imbedded in it. It ran but it had as
Dan Rather would say, "a hitch in its git-a-long" meaning it hung at various
places and blurred. The audio was not always in synch. So sad. If I exit
the presentation, open the quicktime viewer in full screen and then play the
movie, it's fine. Go figure.

Cheers,

I gave a presentation with 6 MPEG-2 clips in, the longest about 1 min 45
secs. Having purchased the MPEG-2 component, they play fine although not as
smoothly as on a PC. However they are all silent clips, so maybe the sound
is the issue that causes the problem??
