movies in my power point

I take movies of students in my classroom. I put them in my powerpoint
slide show but the sound does start when the movie does. Can you help me. I
use a digital camera and I download to my pc. Everythings works great until
I put it in my powerpoint. Please help? My students really like the
effect.
