Movies not showing up in PPS ?

I'm new at creating slides and my last attempt I added some mpegs
and they worked fine while creating the slide with powerpoint, so i then
saved as a powerpoint slide presentation and that works fine too...ON MY
PC..
but when i show the PPS file on another PC ...the movies don't work ??? just
get
a blank spot where it should be playing....

Could someone set me off in the right direction with this problem please??
I'm using Powerpoint 2000 on XP system, the other pc is also XP and normally
plays
mpegs just fine .....

Ray,
Movies are always linked and not embedded within the presentation by
PowerPoint. You need to ensure that you have copied the movie files along
with the presentation while displaying the presentation on another PC.

Sounds/Movies don't play, images disappear or links break when I move or email a presentation
