Moving 2002 - 2003 (Enterprise Global)

I am at the early stages of planning an upgrade from 2002
to 2003. In testing when I have tried to restore my 2002
enterprise global into 2003 I get an error message. Do I
have to recreate the enterprise global from scratch and
if so doesn't this make the transfer of projects very
problematic? Thanks in advnace fo any help you can offer

Martin:

In order for this to work, you'd need to apply the database upgrade script
to the database before backing up the Global, in order for it to be
compatible with a 2003 database.
