Moving a calendar

I am trying to move a user's personal calendar
appointments into their Exchange mailbox calendar. I
tried to Export/Import a .pst file, but I get a warning
about Unicode when I try to import the file.
Is there a way to do this that I am overlooking?

Easiest solution is just to drag and drop from one calendar to another. The By Category view is useful for this.
