What's the easiest way to move a single contact from Outlook to Entourage?

Forward/send it to yourself as a vCard (I'm pretty sure Outlook allows you
to do that - try right-clicking a contact and looking for the option in the
contextual menu). Then, when you receive the message in Entourage, open the
attached vCard and save it.

Create a VCF from Outlook and import it in Entourage.
