Moving a .mdb with user groups enabled

Hello,

I have a small database in .mdw on my computer. It's not populated yet, I'll
be importing data from another database later. the user groups are also
enabled on the database. What I want to do is:

1. Split the database
2. Move the back-end to a network location
3. Deploy the front end to the users
4. Import the old data (no help needed)

At this point I've got 3 files on my computer that relate to the database:

1. A shortcut on my desktop to "Security.mdw"
1. A file called "Security.mdw"
3. A file called "{database}.mdb"

I'm a bit stumped at this point, I'm not sure where to start. What do I do
first and how do I move things? I couldn't find any good resources on the
net, so if you know of any I'd love to see them. Otherwise thanks for any
help.
