HOW DO I MOVE MY OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK FROM AN OLD NOTEBOOK PC TO A NEW USING THE SERVER AS YOUR DEVICE TO CONNECT THE TWO NOTEBOOK PC'S

Outlook does not use a separate address book file. All Outlook data is
stored in the same file. Unless you are running against Exchange server, the
file you would need to copy is the Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's where
all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
