moving an avi graphic slide from powerpoint to publisher

I hope to convert the Publisher-Print to a Publisher-Web. I would like to
insert a slide from Powerpoint which is an animated graphic into the
Publisher file. How can this be done? Thanks for your time and any help
you can provide. Steve

Not sure what you want, but...
A graphic image file is added to a page under Insert, Picture.
A slide show is saved as a web in PP and then linked to from a Publisher web
page.
An avi file is similarly linked to from a page.
