You can also set your own--in Word, look in Tools | Customize, click
Keyboard, select Window and Help in the left column, and in the right
column, find NextWindow and PrevWindow. You can assign a keyboard shortcut
in the box below.
Try Command + F6 or Option + F6. Those are the Microsoft Office Defaults.
