Moving Cells

I have a worksheet that looks like this:

Smith, John G (cell A1)
Arts & Sciences Dept. (cell A2)

Jones, Ben P (cell A4)
Biology Dept. (cell A5)

Thomas, Joe C (cell A7)
Molecular Dept. (cell A8)

I would like to move cell A2 to E1 and cell A5 to E4 and
A8 to E7....all the way down the spreadsheet. Thanks in
advance for the code and your help.

This Newsgroup deals with Microsoft Access, a relational
