Moving contacts to a new machine....

John Gray

On my old machine that i had for a cpl years whenever i'd start a new email
all i had to do was start to type in their name and it would automatically
put there email adress in. Well i got a new machine now and besides the
normal contacts that sit on our exchange server (company contacts) none of
the old ones that used to show up automatically for me are there anymore.
It just does nothing now when i start to type in a name in the "To" field.
I still have the old machine....is there a way to get this back so that on
my new machine ot works again?

Thanks everyone,
John Gray

Copy the NK2 file from your old PC to the %AppData%\Microsoft\Outlook folder
on the new PC and name it to match your existing mail profile. See the
"Migrating your NK2 file to a new machine" section of
