moving contacts

Hi I would like to move my contacts from outlook 2003 on one computer to the
another computer with the same version of outlook.
Just wondering what is the best way? Excel file? PST?
Any help appreciated...

I meant to say the other computer has Windows 7 installed if that makes any
difference...

As posted almost daily - close Outlook. Copy the pst file. On the new
machine paste into your Documents folder. Open Outlook and do
File-Open-Outlook Data file.
