moving controls on a form

This is the first time I have used this forum to seek information and I hope
someone out there will have the answer I am looking for.
I am relatively new to using Access 2007 and my question is about how to
move the controls on a form I created using the form wizard. All of my
information has been entered and is visible. Now I want to move some of the
controls around and make the form look a little more appealing. But the
problem is while in the design view when I click on a control it does not
show sizing/moving handles. How do I make these handles appear so that I can
move these controls around?

The controls are 'blocked' as a group by default. When you click them once
you go to the ribbon ('Arrange') and look for the button which says 'delete'.
That way you can move the controls around seperately.
