Moving/copying contacts

Is there a way to move a contact and all the related info
to a different contact database. I keep two separate
contact files, one for family, and one for business.
Occasionally I want to move a contact with all the info
into the other database file, but I can't find a way other
than re-entering or cutting and pasting each field.
Thanks for any info.
