Moving data from Excell into Outlook

Hi,

My name is Amy Vargo. Thank you for using the Microsoft Access Newsgroups.

In Outlook, go to File, Import and Export. Choose "Import from another
program or file". Select Microsoft Excel as the file type, then click
Next. Browse for the name of the spreadsheet, then in the next screen
specify the folder to import the data into. For example, the Contacts
folder. You can then continue through the wizard to import the data.
