Moving data into different buckets (tax preparation)

This should be simple. Is there a way to have data move from one column to
another, based on the category it belongs to. For example:


A B C D
E F
1 Business Medical Donations
2 1/4/2007 Dr Smith 250 250
3 1/15/2007 ACS 50 50

This looks like imported data. You have to find out how the data was
imported. The only way to fix the problem is to change the method that was
used to import the data.

If the data wasn't imported but pasted into the workbook, it then looks like
Text to Columns was used with the wrong parameters. In either case it is
really the same problem.
