moving database to a new server

I moved the database from an old server(I do not know which kind) to our new
server which is microsoft small business server 2003. I cannot see all the
new records placed in my Access 2000 tables. Its sporadic too, sometimes I
can and sometimes I cant, mostly cant. How can I fix this?
